About MWE
Founded in 2024, Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation (MSEUF) Wildcats Esports is the official esports organization of Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation. Also known as Wildcats Esports or MWE, our organization was established to foster a vibrant and inclusive gaming community within the university while providing students with opportunities to grow both competitively and professionally in the esports industry.
We serve as a platform for students to showcase their talents not only in competitive gaming, but also in management, event organization, content creation, and other creative and technical fields related to esports. Through tournaments, collaborative projects, and community initiatives, we aim to bring together gamers, cosplayers, artists, developers, and creators under one unified community.
In our very first year, we proudly organized a university-wide Mobile Legends tournament during the MSEUF Foundation Week, an event fully backed and supported by the university. The tournament marked a milestone for our organization, gathering student players and spectators across different colleges and igniting campus-wide enthusiasm for esports.
Building on that success, we once again spearheaded the same major tournament the following year during Foundation Week—this time expanding the event lineup to include more competitive titles such as Tekken. With continued strong support from the university, the event grew bigger and more dynamic, further solidifying Wildcats Esports as a key contributor to campus life and student engagement.
As we continue to grow, MSEUF Wildcats Esports remains committed to representing the university in local, regional, and national competitions while cultivating excellence, teamwork, and innovation within the ever-evolving esports industry.
